Well, first off, we don’t “use” meditation. It is something we practice.
Why do we practice it?
We do so to beautify and expand our inner environment.
What do I “get” from it?
Nothing. You don’t get, you become.
If all you want is focus and income - simply focus on making an income, voila’, you made it.
However, meditation brings you the totality of YOU and skips the pieces and parts.
Simply do it because you love it.
