Simply Heartful

This is your Daily Practice Page. It's a place to visit again and again - to be sure we do the practice as is. There is nothing to add and nothing to subtract. Simple goal, simple practice, simple success. 



Sit comfortably, close your eyes and relax.

Gently close your eyes and rest your attention on the area of your heart. Rest there. 

Rest on the Source of Light and Love, already present in your heart.

Feel it's drawing you inward. 

Tip: Start with 5 or 10 minutes and slowly work up to 30 minutes. Your meditation time will be the best time of your day 



It is best to do this early evening after the day's work is over. 

Sit comfortably and make a firm intention that all the influences from the day are now leaving you. 

They are leaving in the form of smoke or vapor from the top or your head to your tailbone - straight out your back.

After 10 to 20 minutes, feel this is completed. 

Now feel a current of purity is flowing into your heart from all creation. Do this for a couple of minutes.

Make the thought that this cleaning is complete.


Bedtime Introspection

At bedtime assume the most humble inner feeling. 

If anything is troubling you, or if there is something in you that needs work, inwardly offer it to the divine source within you and feel determined it will not repeat.

Go to sleep.
